The Purpose of the CVSOA

To promote the welfare of the game of soccer, its players and officials
To maintain the highest standard of soccer officials
To encourage the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship
To have available, at all times, an adequate number of thoroughly trained and capable officials
to cooperate with all organizations officially connected with the game of soccer in furthering its interest and ideals

2024 High School Soccer Officials Test

Referee exam is now available.  Instructions on creating an account in the new system and how to take the exam are available in the Documents section on our website.  Games will NOT be assigned to members that did not successfully pass the 2024 test (minimum score is 80%).  Exam must be successfully completed by August 12th, 2024.
